"The only way to do great work is to love your job."
When I say that my whole world revolves around photography, I'm not exaggerating. Hi, my name is Stephanie and I'm a photography junkie. From beautiful fresh little babies to romantic weddings and everything inbetween, I love to be there and capture it all. Making lifelong clients and being there with them every step of the way, photographing their journey through life, has got to be the most amazing job ever. I could spend hours holding, rocking and posing your brand new baby capturing the sweet little smiles and looking forward to the days that I'm running after them, chasing them with my camera playing peek a boo. These are the moments that I think about when I'm photographing your first kiss as husband and wife, cutting the cake or dancing along to your favorite song in a room full of people that you love.
I love adventures and traveling to new locations to find the most gorgeous views, always thinking in the back of my head who would be up to having their session there. Currently, we are living in Midland, Michigan but have had the amazing opportunity to live in a few other places together. My photography business has gone from the Great Lakes to the Pacific Ocean to the Atlantic Ocean and back. Phew! It's been a long few years of relocating, but the memories I've made and clients that I have met will forever be a part of me. To think that I could potentially travel all over the United States and bounce from one friends' couch to another, photographing their families makes me want to pursue this dream one day. One day.. this will happen.
I'm married to such a supportive & hardworking husband who has been there every step of the way through this photography business. Together, we have been blessed with the two most handsome little boys ever, who love to keep us on our toes and have taught us so much about being parents. In case you haven't picked up on it yet, I blame those two little sweetie pies for my addiction to coffee.
There's a good chance that I'm going to live vicariously through your wedding day, reminising on my own, and probably bawling my eyes out during your vows and first dance. I'm probably going to get baby fever once I meet your fresh bundle of joy and I'm probably going to be exhausted after chasing your toddler around at the park, but I wouldn't have my life any other way. I'll travel all over the world for you, lay in the snow and sand for you and pour my heart into these images for you. I can promise you that.
